For Shampoo/Beard wash: DIRECTIONS: Use an ample amount on wet or damp hair or body. Using fingertips, gently
massage this all-over shampoo in a circular motion to stimulate blood flow, gently thorough cleansing. After rinsing wash, add conditioner, oil, butter
and/or conditioning/moisturizing mist for locking in moisture.

Shipping info: How long will it take to get my package?
Advance orders can take up to two weeks because we create as you order. USPS will take up to 3-5 Business days to deliver to the east coast and 5-8 Business days to deliver to mid-western states and the west coast. Many or our items may take up to 2 weeks to process as they are made to order in the USA or during a national crisis. However, these orders may be shipped earlier if enough is available in stock. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a USPS tracking #. It will take 5 - 8 business days for delivery unless you request a next day delivery when checking out.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped in and to New York addresses are subject to paying 8.375% in state sales. New York State law sales tax must be computed on item’s subtotals plus the shipping cost. We do not collect sales tax from any other state at this time.
Shipping with Cold Packs:
Products that are receptive to melting can be shipped for an additional cost. Cold pack shipping aims to prevent butters from melting. However, there is no 100% guarantee that the product will arrive in its original form/texture. All orders that qualify for cold pack shipping will automatically ship Priority Mail, which has a higher shipping price than First Class shipping. The additional cost covers the cost of the cold pack and shipping Priority Mail. Items usually shipped with cold packs are lip, hair and body butters. Note: Even if these products arrive melted or with the appearance may be altered, this does not compromise the performance of the product. Cold pack shipping is recommended when ordering during the Spring/Summer months as certain products are more susceptible to melting during transit.
How do I care for my products?
Products such as the Body butters, Body and Hair oils especially, should be stored in a cool dry place to maintain its potency and texture. Lip and Body butters tend to melt in warm and hot temperatures. Should your butters melt, place them in the refrigerator until it return to its original solid texture. Our body and hair oils on the other hand, can be warmed up in (we prefer sitting bottle in hot water for 5-10 minutes) and then restored in cool to room temperature to assure its potency when not in use.
What is His Garden Naturals’ return policy?
Please be aware that all sales are final, but we will exchange any item (excluding 2 or oz. unopened products or less) within 30 days of its purchase. Sorry no refunds. Due to the nature of our products that we develop and sell, and for contaminate and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened items.

To check the status of your order, please use the tracking # included in your shipping order.
I missed my package delivery. Can they deliver again?
UPS makes up to 3 attempts to deliver a package, during 3 consecutive business days. After the 3rd attempt they will submit a postcard and hold the delivery for 7 business days, then return it back to us (His Garden Naturals). You can then request His Garden Naturals to reship your order, with an additional shipping fee. Please provide His Garden Naturals with an accurate for UPS to deliver to.
I have not received my order/package yet, what should I do?
If you do not receive your package within 10-14 days, contact us immediately at 1-470-919-6616 and we will search UPS data to track your order.
My item ordered is incorrect? How and what should I do?
You should e-mail your claim within 5 days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.
Customers who purchase products from His Garden Naturals’ website may return them by mail. Please call 470.919.6616. Please contact us first before returning packages that are returnable. It is strongly recommended that all items returned can be tracked by USPO, UPS or FEDEX. Please submit the sales receipt with all returns for our bookkeeping purposes. Please be advised the customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the returned item and the newly sent items.
You are responsible for providing the correct address. Any orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be subject a restocking fee and postage. No refunds will be provided for incorrect addresses.
Also, HIS GARDEN NATURALS LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by clients or customers.
